The Allergy outpatient clinic deals with rhinitis and bronchial asthma caused by inhalant allergens (pollens, mites, molds); urticaria, dermatitis, food allergy, contact allergy, food intolerance, contact eczemas, drug allergy, and antiallergic vaccinations.
The clinic also provides for the performance under inpatient status of certain second-tier allergy tests (defined as “at-risk” tests) that require continuous surveillance and monitoring of the patient and for which the presence is required, in addition to the Allergist, of an Anesthetist-Resuscitator as well.
